Roofing Resources, Inc. (RRI) completed a district-wide roof assessment project for the Coatesville Area School District in the Spring of 2020. RRI reviewed and evaluated the existing roof conditions on approximately 1 million square feet across the District’s 13 buildings, and outlined the conditions with photographic documentation and recommendations in a written report. RRI then assisted the District in developing a multi-year plan to begin addressing the roofs that were beyond their life expectancy based on the priorities established during RRI’s review of the conditions. RRI has designed several roof repair and replacement projects for the district to date, and assisted with construction administration activities for the projects as well, including roof observation services.
